Hotel's location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, next to a motorway junction. Again, the venue was set just a short stroll away from Willows Farm Village. The room I got was modern with sofa bed, a big powerful shower.

So glad that Wheelchair Accessible room with cosy beds and sofa bed up, as for instance I booked was available. The venue was set in the central position close to a retail park-useful for shopping and shops, restaurants, express supermarket and St Albans.

Exceptionally clean units with comfortable beds. Wonderful small and modern hotel in a central location as near family & great shopping centre.

Liked this pet-friendly hotel: good food and incredibly friendly and excellent staff. The room was well-maintained and good sized with a lovely bed and with double & sofa bed.

Favourable location right next to a big supermarket too made it easy to get to key attractions. Plus, it was near to great shopping centre and the retail park, including supermarkets, also next to McDonald's and a motorway junction.

Everything was really good, including very helpful staff at all times. Lovely central location just off including supermarkets and shops and warner studios. Also, we saw Willows Activity Farm, based a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

The staff is fairly friendly here, the services are great, and location is marvellous close to the retail park, including supermarkets, also next to McDonald's, a big supermarket and shops, restaurants, express supermarket. Functional new-fashioned rooms, they are provided with sofa, cosy beds and a big powerful shower.

Very good breakfast for the start of the day with muffins, chosen filling bacon or sausage, veggie. Well-maintained rooms with double & sofa bed, and modern restaurant.

I got great value for my money at this hotel - the room was larger and better equipped than other comparable express hotels. The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient, with a nearby supermarket within walking distance.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better would be a wider selection of fruits, including red fruits, dried fruits, and nuts/seeds.

It was fairly clean and the staff were active, beds were comfy. Besides, parking was available onsite.

The staff we met was useful and lively. We had an easy check-in, the room was immaculate with comfortable beds.
